«9 Owls» hotel has received the name thanks to the name of the 9th Soviet street on which it is located. In Russian «9 Owls» sounds as «9 Sov».

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM THE CENTER OF THE CITY?

It is possible to reach us from the Moskovsky railway station at Vosstaniya Square in 15 minutes on foot.

WHAT IS YOUR HOTEL ROOMS CAPACITY?

The hotel includes 19 rooms with the maximum accommodation for 64 persons.

FOR WHAT TIME IS IT NECESSARY TO BOOK ROOMS IN ADVANCE?

In any time, convenient for you, during a high season it is desirable in advance.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR BOOKING?

No, booking in our hotel is carried out free of charge.

IS THE ADVANCE PAYMENT OBLIGATORY?

The advance payment is obligatory for the period from the 1st May 01 to the 1st of September and for New Year’s holidays, in the rest of the time of year the advance payment isn’t obligatory, but in this case in 1 days prior to arrival the hotel administrator for confirmation of your booking specified during the booking or e-mail will call you. In case you don’t contact, your booking can be cancelled. The hotel will inform you on it beforehand, having sent the corresponding letter on e-mail specified when booking.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO REACH «9 OWLS» HOTEL?

It is the best of all to reach hotel from Mayakovskaya or Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro stations and from the Moscow railway station:

  • public transport from the Moscow railway station by bus No. 54 or 74 to go to a stop «Galina Starovoytova’s Garden»;
  • public transport from the Mayakovskaya or Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro stations (an exit to Nevsky Prospect) by trolleybus No. 5, 7 or 11 or by bus No. 181 to go to a stop «Galina Starovoytova’s Garden»;
  • on Ligovsky Prospect on foot to the T-shaped intersection, from Nekrasov Street to turn to the right, at the following intersection (with Grechesky Avenue) to turn on the left and to go to the 9th Soviet Street, further to turn to the right and to go to the house 5A. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot.

Entrance to hotel through iron gate with the wall sign on which the address and the name of hotel are written. Use the on-door speakerphone with the button with an inscription «hotel».

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LODGE WITH ANIMALS?

It is possible at coordination with administration of hotel.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN BEFORE 14:00?

It is possible in the presence of vacant rooms at the time of arrival. The guaranteed early arrival is paid at a rate of the cost of ½ days of accommodation.

ARE PASSPORTS OF ALL GUESTS OF THE HOTEL NECESSARY?

At registration in hotel identification papers of all living are necessary. For adult citizens of the Russian Federation is a passport, for children till 14 years — the birth certificate.

In each room there is a hair dryer.

In hotel there is an ironing room in which you can iron your clothes.

In hotel there is free Wi-Fi, also in the hall of hotel there is a computer, use of the Internet from which is also free.

IN ROOMS IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE. IS THERE ANY SPECIAL SMOKING AREA IN HOTEL?

In hotel restriction for smoking is introduced, it is possible to smoke only on a specially allotted balcony / terrace at an entrance to hotel. We thank for understanding!

Unfortunately, there are no such rooms in our hotel.

Yes, the crib is provided on demand, it costs 800 rubles for the entire period of accommodation. This sum has also included children’s bed linen, toys and a children’s pot.

Yes, in hotel there is a luggage room, and each room is equipped with the safe.

For breakfast the buffet consists of tea or coffee, yogurts, butter, jam, cheese, sausage, bread, flakes, muesli, milk, boiled eggs. On hot you can choose one dish from the menu: fried eggs or an omelet, pancakes with meat or cottage cheese, sausages, porridge.

TILL WHAT O’CLOCK DOES THE BAR WORK?

The cafe bar works from 07:00 till 19:30 daily.

CAN I ASK THE STAFF OF HOTEL TO WARM FOOD?
